The USPS lost it and I contacted Amazon through the chat feature which was very easy and fast. They did all they could to help me out and even though ir wasn't their fault they credited me and I ordered it again. It got here well before the scheduled date and the item looks way better in person. It came with a neat little gift bag and a complimentary chain all of which I thought was cool.It's shinier in person and the detail is more than what I expected. It fits perfect. It's hard to believe I spent so little on this little treasure.
