The media could not be loaded.  I ordered this item back in June it was delivered in July when we put it together we switched the fire on to make sure it worked ok as the company assured me it came with a UK plug which it did.We didnt use the fire until today as we have been using gas central heating but switched it on today for the first time to give a bit of ambience from the log affect .We smelled burning and thought it was because it was used for first time, however on checking arround we noticed the plug has melted and caused damage to our socket.I hate to think what would have happend if we hadnt caught it on time.
