Review: Amazing Initio Oud for Glory Dupe - I live nowhere near any malls or department stores so buying fragrances off desertcart is my go to. I just received this fragrance and it took forever to get here but I instantly opened it up and sprayed some on skin to do my first sniff test and wow! This smells absolutely phenomenal! Lattafa definitely has another hitter here. It's a beautiful oud scent that's warm-ish and very inviting but also professional if that makes sense. Definitely smells like Initio Oud for Greatness. I wouldn't say it's a 1 to 1 but it's definitely very close! As far as projection, it seems to be projecting beautifully but as far as longevity goes, I will have to wear this at some time this week or next week and see how long it projects for and how long it stays as a skin scent for. It starts out strong for a half hour and then settles in nicely smoothing out to a strong but mellow fragrance. The first oud cologne I have and it takes a little getting used to but it’s a pleasant surprise for me. I didn’t detect the Lavender in the top notes, maybe after it matures a bit. My wife noticed it right away and so far the longevity is around eight hours, I’m sure this will improve with age. If you’re looking for a sweet sensation this isn’t it.
