I contacted the seller (365 Garage Door Parts) via telephone, the day I received the remote in the mail. They never returned the call. Sent them an email and explained that the batter in one of the remotes was bad/dead the day I received it. Their response was, "We are sorry to hear that the battery was at its end life cycle. The remotes are new and prepackaged from the manufacturer. We will advise the manufacturer of your the feedback". Needless to say, since they did not offer to replace the remote control or fix the problem (a new battery would have been fine) (I know, it's the principle not the cost of the battery), I returned the remotes to desertcart for a refund this morning. Will order again from a different seller (even if it cost a little more). FYI, The working remote programmed very easy to my Craftsman Model K1026, 139.53779 and worked VERY well. Set it up to work with a yellow learn button **Q: Is it compatible with liftmaster model T331L5?** A: Yes; they are compatible **Q: Will this work with model ats2113x?** A: I do not know if it will work with the ats2113x. I bought 5nof these and the work great with our door. However, they do have a hair trigger and even brushing it with your hand will cause the door to open. So be forewarned that they are very sensitive and you may, like us, find your garage door open when you don’t want it open. I always think about the safety of my family and having the garage remote in the keychain keeps me at more peace. I was able to program both remotes for my wife and daughter.
