I absolutely love these sharpeners. I have three total after this purchase and I would buy more for friends and family. These sharpeners get these as sharp as my grandpa use to when he sharpened his knives by hand. I have never had another sharpener get the knives as sharp as he would. I wish I would have learned how to do it by hand from him, but these get me a close second on my own. They last for years and are extremely lightweight. I keep one in my fishing box now and we always have one in the kitchen. I know that I’m going to get my knives as sharp as I need for great cutting when I use this knife sharpener.
