A little padding in the packaging would not break the bank. Not dissatisfied but not leaping forth with ecstacy either. It is what it is - carelessness. Otherwise, although it is a well known brand, it's just a couple of blocks of honing compound, nothing to get emotional or excited about. Does the job like any other brand and at a reasonable price - would be even more reasonable if both blocks were intact. I would repeat the purchase again unless a better offer is found. Two little blocks of compound are not going to get me locked into a brand loyalty agreement.
