Just make the connection a bit tedious, but nothing you can't get around. All necessary connectors/converters are packed to fit UK standards pipes, including thread tape. The design of only disposing of used filters and keeping the main housing is very good. (Saving the landfill) No leaks after installation for several weeks now. Water quality has surely improved, but I am waiting to see if it actually reduced timescale buildup. This unit is DIY friendly... you don't need a professional installer... However, you do need some basic knowledge of using basic tools and assembly. (Just believe in yourself, you got this!)

**Q: Will it remove fluoride from the water?**

The under sink water filter system utilizes a high precision carbon block that contains DFA(De-Fluorine Agent) that could remove fluoride and arsenic from water.

**Q: how long is the blue hose?**
A: There wasn’t a blue hose with mine

**Q: I have high water pressure so would this be compatable please?**
A: Our water pressure is pretty good and we have had no problem with the filter.  Be warned though it is not so easy to fit and we got o our plumbe tor do it - at a cost.

**Q: Does this soften the water and prevent water marks on surfaces?**

Thanks so much for your interest in Frizzlife.
The NSF certified system will only remove harmful contaminants including but not restricted to sands, large particles, chlorine, bad taste & odors, heavy metals, arsenic, fluoride, VOCs. While the beneficial minerals such as calcium and magnesium(the main substances that build up water hardness) will be kept in water. Thus, the hardness and the TDS number of the water will not be lowered that much.

Filter and faucet are fine but Valve is low quality and leaking. More than 80% of piping in UK is 1/2" brass and your adaptor does not works for them.
