Reptology presents the Turtle Topper Extender Clips by PENN-PLAX. On its own, the Turtle Topper (Model #: REP600) can only fit most standard rectangular tanks up to 55 gallons and 13” wide. With these Extender Clips, you can now mount the Turtle Topper on rectangular tanks up to 55 gallons and 19.5” wide. You no longer have to worry about filament issues with wider tanks! In other words, these clips allow for mounting on wider tanks, up to 19.5” in width. The gallon capacity and other standard limitations still remains the same. These Extender Clips are Sold Separately from the Turtle Topper.Easy to Use: With the suction cup facing up and in, place the Extender Clip on the wall of an open tank, and then tighten the plastic screw by turning it clockwise. Repeat 3 more times, and you’re good to mount your Turtle Topper!Secure Mounting: When all 4 Extender Clips are mounted and aliened properly, the Turtle Topper sits comfortably atop the 1” suction cups, allowing your turtles to safely climb to the basking platform. At the end of each plastic screw is 0.75” swiveling back plate, making for the best possible fit against tank walls. Review: Turtles said NO to new home LOL! - Great product, solid material, easy to set up and STURDY. I did need to buy the extension clips as I was using it on a much bigger tank than was allowed, hence the extension clips they now sell. My only issue was the turtles =) Supposedly it takes a little time for them to get use to the new structure above/ramp in water. Tried for almost a month but no joy. Watched you tube videos from other owners that worked no problem after a few days to a week or so, so I know it works. Figure its like people, either you like it or you don't. May try again later down the line but other than that highly recommend.

Great product, solid material, easy to set up and STURDY. I did need to buy the extension clips as I was using it on a much bigger tank than was allowed, hence the extension clips they now sell. My only issue was the turtles =) Supposedly it takes a little time for them to get use to the new structure above/ramp in water. Tried for almost a month but no joy. Watched you tube videos from other owners that worked no problem after a few days to a week or so, so I know it works. Figure its like people, either you like it or you don't. May try again later down the line but other than that highly recommend.

These are perfect for aquariums that are 18 inches + I have a 75 gallon tank for my aquatic turtles and have the topper yet it didn’t fit so when I saw these extensions it was perfect they holds really well on the tank didn’t even have to use screws and now my turtle babies climb up and splash down all day long beat invention yet. Now if they could make one for the thrive basking loft that would be great too
