I have purchased 2 teasets from this seller. Both of them are gorgeous and of very high quality. I can't say enough wonderful things about this seller. In both sets I had a couple broken saucers. Unfortunately that can't be helped with shipping through the US. All items were packed very well and protected. In each case I contacted the seller and they got back to me within hours! They immediately arranged for replacements of the broken saucers and I had the replacements for them within 2 weeks and it was Christmastime! I was so impressed! I am now the proud owner of 2 beautiful teasets that I never thought I would be able to afford. I am so pleased with them!
