Russell StoverSugar Free Mint Patties with Stevia, 10 oz. Bag

My wife loves these Russell Stover dark chocolate covered mint patties!! She says the flavor is just too good to be sugarless!!My only complaint is ….. why is sugarless candies so Darn Expensive!??? Can an anyone explain that?

Bought these at a fabulous price and so glad I did. Can't have sugar and these are the best-tasting sugar-free chocolate mints I've ever eaten. They are normally super expensive so grabbed two bags while they were offered at the lower price. Now, if only they were calorie-free!

So much cheaper than $3.49 for 6 pieces at the grocery store. Arrived in 2 days. I was a little concerned about freshness and melting as I live in Florida, but they were good!

These are a tasty treat with no sugar. However, the caveat is, they are sweetened with “sugar alcohol,” according to the package. This means that they can contain ANY type of sugar alcohol, so their Glycemic Index can vary from between 0 to 35--but with no specifics, there's no way of knowing how many candies might be "safe" for you. Russell Stover should be more specific in their nutritional labeling, as they are clearly gearing this product to people who must watch their sugar intake.
