I really wish it was so I could keep it where it is. I going to end up moving it to a spot I really do not need a dimmable light and buy a new one for my bedroom. Its beautiful, but I need it to dim. Oh, the instructions are horrible. I got it installed but it took a bit as your kind of winging it. In the end I had to put one ring through another one to straighten out the stacking without wires getting in the way.
