It does the job of cleaning my teeth, and I almost feel like my teeth are brighter. I did not change toothpastes. The bristles are like clouds. This toothbrush is amazingly soft. My gums are sensitive and this toothbrush has forgiving bristles. It does the job of cleaning my teeth, and I almost feel like my teeth are brighter. So far so good! They clean my teeth better than traditional brushes. Soft and gentle, allows for brushing the gums and gumline without irritation. The bristles are very densely packed so I dry them off a bit with a clean towel. I use a black one at night and a white one in the morning so they have time to really dry out. I wish the bristles were a bit shorter.
