Review: Worth the money but don't expect it to last forever. - Almost three years of light-moderate use and I am down two bands. At first I was disappointed but then I see that they cost under $30 so I will say that I received my money's worth. Unfortunately one band broke while doing assisted pull ups so that was not fun. The other one broke on my wife and she won't speak about what happened. I wish it broke on my ex-wife so she would never speak again either but anyway... The plan was to replace this set with a 'name brand' but I think that I will just reorder this set since the other one that I was looking at was $75 for three bands.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: How far can they stretch safely?**
A: In my May 6, 2022 review I wrote:  I'm not sure what the maximum safe extension is, but I'd be very reluctant to double the length of any section of any band (e.g., standing on the loop for an assisted pull-up, or double-looping a lighter band to shorten and tighten it up.)

**Q: are these good for hamstring curls?**
A: I would say this is a good set overall to have because it has different resistance strength levels you can choose from.  For the types of exercises you are talking about you might want to use the higher resistance- red color.  

Another band I have used is the SPRI super heavy band but it is only a single band.  Not sure how hard of resistance you are looking for and the set might be a better option.

A: I don't remember getting such an email and thus did not get a free ebook.  Don't know how to get them.

A: Yes. I bought these to use when I travel so that I don’t miss my workouts. They are great. You can also use these along with your free weights for extra resistance.

I am starting to workout at home. PT recommended that i buy some resistance bands to help as a starting base to working out and losing weight. I chose these bands because they were affordable and come in different colors for the different resistance weights. This gives great versatility when working out.. The thicker bands give a stronger resistance, and the smaller bands giver less. Just slip the one end to a door frame and you can easily attach the bands and workout from any door.
