Plus this lasted about 10 min when installed i had to get a different type. Poor quality. **Q: Anyone know if this will work on bathroom tap rather than kitchen?** A: For me it don’t work with both tabs keep falling **Q: When I first opened water through it black liquid / mud came out please tell me this is normal?** A: Good day. No this is not normal. Worst filter ever. Get a refund and get another. I had to remove mines after about 10 min. Do not recommend. **Q: Hi will this remove nitrates from water? Thanks** A: I don't know I'm afraid. I bought it to improve the taste of my water, which it does and to remove lime. My kettle and iron gets very little limescale now, so I assume that works. Replaced the filter recently ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice easy to use filter *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 13 November 2023* You get 5 tap adapters and a key to tighten the adapter you need after removing the old nozzle on your tap, do this first then twist open the filter casing anti clockwise to remove the plastic packaging on the filter, once you've put the filter back into the device pull the catch anti clockwise and click it firmly onto the new adapter on your tap, push the button to go onto unfiltered and run the tap for 5 seconds, it will flush the filter(do this each day to keep it clean and prevent clogging), push the button to go back onto filtered, set the current month on the dial so you know when to replace the filter. i could taste the difference immediately, no more metallic after tastes in your water, nice product, good value & compact unlike some other versions i have seen. ### ⭐ Doesnt fit, doesn't work. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 3 May 2025* The installation process was very frustrating. None of the adaptors fit my tap (conventional UK mixer tap). Tried adapting the C style adaptor which almost fit but wouldn't stay on and had water leaking out from the top (nothing was coming through the device itself - wrapping for the filter was removed).The 2nd issue I have is that once I assembled some of the parts to the filter I couldn't take them out without risk of damage.
