With a flat base, cakes and cake bases can be achieved in the springform tin. The base with central fireplace replaces a wreath shape for mixing cakes and bundt cakes. Unlike other baking moulds, the ready-baked cake from the springform tin will not fall off. Instead, loosen the tension lever - the cake releases on its own thanks to the non-stick coating - and lift the ring upwards. Since the lower backing sheet is slightly larger than the ring, springbaking moulds are completely leak-proof.
