Review: Honest review - Having read some of the comments it was off putting but hear me out. Yes the tablets are hard to swallow but break them up. Yes the taste is not nice. Yes there is a smell due to the omega. But I have now been taking these for over a couple of weeks and I can confirm my muscle pains I had in my legs and knees has improved dramatically. My energy levels have been much better and feel less stressed probably due to my legs feeling better. I have been looking for a product and trying different tablets but this is the first I have seen and felt a huge difference. All I can say is thanks 🙏 give it a go if you suffer from knee or muscular issues in your legs.
Review: All Round Winner - I'll be honest here, these multi vitamins absolutely work (had an issue with something that was much improved after a few weeks on these), but one thing that I'm not keen on was the smell and taste of what I assume is the cod liver oil element at the back of it. Having said that, because they work so well I'm still happy to give it a five star review and since there's a sixty day supply (I bought three bottles), I'll keep on taking 'my medicine' since it's effective, not to mention at a decent price. As for the fishy taste? If it works and it does, it's a small price to say and it is for adults!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: hello. how much iron in your miltivitamin please?**
A: Just a point of information. Although these tablets contain 100% of your RDA of Iron they also contain around 16% of your RDA of calcium. Calcium impedes the absorption and uptake of Iron. So don't expect to actually get your full RDA of Iron from this supplement.

**Q: Is the packaging recyclable?**
A: The bottle is made of plastic, the cap from aluminium. Both materials are recyclable.

**Q: How multivitamins help our body?**
A: Scientists believe multivitamins contribute to cognitive function, energy levels and the immune system as well as healthy hair, skin, teeth, and muscles.

**Q: Are these multivitamins women or men?**
A: SuperSelf multivitamins are designed for women and men.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge!
*by P***D on 11 December 2021*

They were a good price compared to others when I bought them. I knew they were supposed to be big, but... I am used to taking a lot of tablets of different sizes, including large ones. In fact I take prescribed paracetamol every day - they are usually the long, "lozenge" ones, as are another medication (slightly larger in fact) I need to take two of alongside two paracetamol and another small one at dinner time. I can take them all in one go. *But* I had to use a pill cutter on these! I took them at lunchtime when I only have paracetamol and vitamins to take, so they weren't exactly fighting for space. I can't say how many times I choked on them throughout the months of their usage. They got stuck in my throat, and I'd have to eat something quickly to push it down. That was when problem 2 took hold. A "proper" swallow without any getting stuck would repeat on me with a very fishy after-taste, but after a half had been stuck, it took an age, a full meal and a couple of coffees to shift the "first-hand" fishy taste. Then came the second-hand taste... I'm sure that quality-wise, they are exactly as described. I have no reason to doubt that the amounts of the stated ingredients are what they say they are. But you've got to like fish...
