I got 3 emails saying I needed to approve the purchase it was being delayed, but it finally arrived, and not really even all that late....However, when I unboxed it, both sides of the housing, the metal, near the bottom where the two front wheels are, was banged in on each side, yet, the box it was packaged in was in perfect condition. So it was damaged at the facility.We plugged it in, and within a few seconds, it started heating up, so I assume it's working just fine. We could see through the air holes that even though it was dented, it was not damaged inside. I have included a photo-- it is the same on each side, as if it got squeezed somehow.This little heater is powerful enough to heat a large bedroom, or it can get your bathroom extra warm on cold days for a nice hot bath. MmmmIt's safe, it you tip it over, it won't burn anything. No exposed elements. And it makes no noise, other than the small occasional click of the thermostat. I use this in combination with my heat pump.
