If looking for ideas, a good place to start is by looking for tutorials from Missouri Star Quilt Company or Jordan Fabrics and typing in Jelly Roll or 2.5 inch strips tutorial. You may find a free pattern where fabric needs are given. You can also do an internet search for queen size quilt patterns with 2-1/2 inch strips or go to a quilt shop and check out of their lovely patterns. There are probably even books that have quilt patterns just for Jelly Rolls, which is what this roll of fabric is called. Happy quilting! **Q: Does anyone know if the seller has improved the correct dimensions of the strips?** A: About 41 to 42 inches long because they are from different bolts of fabrics and they are 2 1/2 inches wide. **Q: What does the -2, -3, etc mean?** A: The ...-1, -2, -3, -4 or -5 part simply differentiates between the different jelly roll bundles - just so the vendor can tell them apart. Each of those jelly rolls has 40 strips in them. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/218843344-zmaagg-black-jelly-roll-fabric-40-pcs-jelly-roll-quilting](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/218843344-zmaagg-black-jelly-roll-fabric-40-pcs-jelly-roll-quilting) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-25*
