And if I may offer a tip ... if you join their mailing list, you get a variety of *great* coupons, definitely worth the space in anyone's inbox! **Q: Does it arrive with a cap on the bristle part?** A: There is no cap, but there is a clear tubular shaped piece that it comes with. I keep it around the bristles to help hold the shape. **Q: Will the bristles shed after cleanings?** A: My brush lasted for 2 years before I decided I needed to replace it. It was still working great. I just felt like 2 years was a long time to keep a makeup brush. I cleaned it regularly, but you can only get the bristles wet. If you use strong soap and get the handle part wet, it will cause the glue to come apart and the bristles will come out. **Q: Will it leave foundation streaky?** A: No it will not.
