I can plug in my camera, press play on the camera, record on the software and it shows the tape being played but it's not capturing anything.I suspect it's ONLY for capturing VHS - which I don't need. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Old school tapes to pc *by J***. on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 26 October 2020* Worked well at first then it needed to be rebooted yo the system, not as simple as I first thought. Reproduction is good just the app was hard going ### ⭐ Only recorded from VHS tapes in black and white *by A***B on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 21 August 2020* The original VHS video was in colour and good quality for it's age, however when attached to the PC it only showed it in black and white with horizontal lines going across it. I've sent it back. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/216272125-edupup-video-capture-card-converts-usb-card-capture-video-grabber](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/216272125-edupup-video-capture-card-converts-usb-card-capture-video-grabber) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-04*
