There is very little explanation on how to remove the spray bottle. I took the Shiwala Magic Mop that I purchased from your company to Bed Bath & Beyond since they also sell your product. Two customer representatives and I worked for fifteen minutes trying to figure out how to get the spray bottle pulled out in order to fill with a cleaner, the bottle although seemingly flimsy proved to be sturdy. We finally succeeded by holding the mop with already installed water bottle in front of us and using our thumbs to push straight up on part of bottle that was pushed into mop head, finally it popped up and flew across the counter. There is no reason that there should be this much difficulty plus not having instructions or even hints on how to remove spray bottle. You might consider using picture of two thumbs pushing the bottle up and show it popping off and flying across the room. ### โญโญโญ 3.0 out of 5 stars Shiwala Magic Mop could be improved *by A***W on Reviewed in the United States on April 14, 2016* I received this mop yesterday and put it together easily. The mop head was already on the mop when it arrived. I wanted to wash my kitchen floor which is hardwood. I found that the mop head would not stay flat. As I moved and pushed the mop forward, the mop would move to its front edge instead of staying flat. It kept turning up on its edge as I tried to wash the floor. Didn't seem to matter if I pushed it down hard on the floor or if I just pushed it easily. It just kept flipping over onto its front edge. Also it didn't matter how wet the floor was. It just didn't slide like I think it should. Needless to say, it took some time to wash the floor. Since the mop was already connected when it arrived I assume it was correct. Reading the manual didn't help. I intend to keep trying because I think the idea is a good one. I am just a bit disappointed in how it is working. Last night I washed the mop head in the washer and parts of it came apart, the center plastic like material ripped and I had to cut pieces of the mop that had elongated or were tangled. I am thinking that the mop is not particularly well made. It has good qualities but I wish I had check other mops more thoroughly. ### โญ 1.0 out of 5 stars Cheap & flimsy *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 19, 2017* I like the concept of this mop -- the smaller round head is good for getting into corners and out-of-the-way areas. The problem with this mop is it's cheaply made and doesn't work well. I could barely get the mop head on. Maybe they saved a half a penny by not allowing one more centimeter of stretch? The mop head works okay as long as you keep the long stringy part directly under the pad. Otherwise the pad itself is thin and there's a scraping sound, which is the last thing you want with hard wood floors. I didn't use the spray bottle gizmo, so I can't rate that. The whole thing feels cheap and flimsy.
