**Q: D-ribose benefits**
A: My mum has fibromyalgia, this helps her with her aches and pains. She takes a portion of the dosage recommended only because she wants to make the bottle last longer, and she says it makes all the difference with a small dosage. She says the whole dose must be wonderful. She puts in in a morning cup of coffee, and it does not seem to affect the tatse. I hope this helps a little, I know it's vague.  We buy it for the specific reason of her fibromyalgia so I can only speak to the benefits in this specific regard.

**Q: Is there a difference between regular ribose and Bioenergy ribose?**
A: The only difference is that Bioenergy Ribose is manufactured by a patented fermentation and refinement process and has a registered trademarked name that can only be used on d-ribose made at their plant at Chengzhi Life Science Company Ltd. in Beijing.  The end product is chemically d-ribose just like any other pure d-ribose.
