Product Description Our product helps you produce pizzas of pizzeria quality in the comfort of your home at all times. It acts as a professional brick oven as it distributes heat evenly for the optimal cooking experience. It enables you to get the perfect brown crispy crust that you always crave for. It gives the effect of the commercial brick oven very conveniently. What can be more fun than making freshly baked pizzas for birthday parties or simply just fulfilling the wish of your kids? You can easily enhance your kitchen in a traditional pizzeria with our ROCKSHEAT stone. It is resistant to high temperatures up to 800°C and possesses robust thermal stability. The ROCKSHEAT stone is of excellent quality material (cordierite) and is made with food grade. It is burnt at a temperature of 1200°C kiln and does not comprise of lead or any injurious substance. In addition to this it does not even have an odor. As the stone is made of excellent quality materials it can be used for many years and is a great gift for your loved ones. You don’t even have to worry about it breaking in transportation. Our product is oven safe, can be used on a grill directly or used like a heat deflector. (But please keep in mind that the stone cannot be used in a microwave oven.) S uper easy to use and clean T his stone is ready to use, seasoning is not required. Once the stone is properly preheated, it will provide you great crispy crust. Fully preheat the stone to 250 °C before baking. For home oven, it may take 50 mins (depends on the performance of the oven). If using a grill, preheat to 250 °C may take about 25 mins. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone. Use wet clean light towel to clean the stone or wash with water before first use (do not use any detergent) and then dry it. After baking, just sweep away the cornmeal or dough particles. If needed, you can scrape away the residue with flat scraper and soak your stone in hot water. Running the self-cleaning cycle of your oven or burning the stone directly on burner will help cleaning the stone. Please don't place oil, sauce, cheese directly on the stone. Perfect thickness We design the thickness to 1.2cm for this size, no extra unnecessary weight and would not require for a extended preheating time as the thicker ones. Perfect for bread, pizza, and cookies The stone is not only for pizzas but also use it for baking cookies, bread, biscuits etc. Better yet you can heat ready-made pizza on it for making it crispier.
