We put this in our primary bathroom, so I don't have to worry about guests running out of TP. IMHO it's a better option than putting an extra roll on the toilet tank (yuck). This product is solidly made, attractive and of good quality. The shelf is solid brass; the toilet roll holder not so much. If you're installing it I suggest you remove the toilet roll holder. It's tightly screwed on but it will unscrew with a Phillips screwdriver if you put your muscle into it. Once the two brackets have been installed on to the wall you need to attach the product by tightening four tiny screws on the bottom side of the shelf with a small Allen wrench, which is very difficult with the toilet roll holder in place.
