**Q: why does the pump come "extra" and not directly on the bottle?**
A: Why not? We add it extra, as some customer do not use a pump. And also so its less likely to break during shipping :)

**Q: Can you use this on intimate areas ?**
A: I wouldn't dare consider using this near a female intimate area...and this is because I washed my face with this soap and it burned the living daylights out of one eye, even though I thought my eyes were tightly closed.......I would think it would be highly irritating to any area that could be remotely sensitive...I would say NO to this question for a female...maybe for a male.

**Q: Is this soap good for acne?**
A: seems to help mine.

**Q: pump, i didnt get pumps with my order**
A: I got the pump. I would return it. I didn't like the product even with a pump.
