Sent me several replacements and even credited my account. That's why I use desertcart, they take care of their customers. Review: The package is sent with wrong discs again and again - I have bought this package with the series, and the product came wrong for first time, the "disc 2" is not included, instead of "disc 2" it contains 2 copies of the "disc 4" and one of these is labeled as "disc 2". First of all i have to say i am from Mexico and i come eventually to the border to pick the items in a friend's address,, i have bought this item around february among with other series from HBO, and it came wrong (i had read the reviews from other customers speaking about this problem too),,, i had to wait until June to return the item and a new copy was sent,, i had no time to travel and pick my items until July,,, and oh surprise,, the item was wrong once again,, but unfortunately the return window was expired. My advice is that if you want to spend at least 3 times to return the items it will come mislabeled, but if you do not have the time to keep returning this items again and again until you receive a good copy do not buy it,,, because this is clearly a manufacturing problem and desertcart will help you to return the items and get a good copy, but i have read comments from customers in this product that had to wait 4 times returning items to get a good copy of it. Regards ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great TV Program - Still Missing Disc 2 *by D***A on October 2, 2013* As previously stated by prior reviewers, Disc 2 is a copy of Disc 4 (though they are marked as being different). Product is yet to be corrected so be ready. Otherwise, "Filhos do Carnaval" has a very good story and characters. I've only seen the first 3 episodes so far but I've really enjoyed what I've seen.
