**Q: does this fit the toto drake**
A: It fits my Toto MS964214CEFG ECO Soiree Toilet.

**Q: How do you adjust the tank water level using the fill valve? Do you adjust the height of the valve? If so, how? I've been trying with no luck. Thanks.**
A: If you have a Toto toilet, read the instructions and match it to the model number on the inside of the tank or the tank cover.

**Q: Does this work on my toto cst776 csg #1?**
A: I don't know for sure.  It did work as a replacement for ours but I'm not sure what the model is (not at our home).  I will say that the flapper did not work at all though, and we had to buy another generic one to replace it.

**Q: Can you also use the kyoko genuine Toto flapper?**
A: You need to check your flapper size. The one in the package was too big so I had to go to Home Depot and get a smaller one.
