At first, it was really hot instantly and I did rash a little in certain sensitive skin parts of my arms and shoulders. Not painful, but quite uncomfortable. After about 30 minutes the initial burn feeling went away but my skin was quite hot to touch. Then after 60 minutes from applying it; my skin is still warm, the rash has gone away but my muscles underneath do feel quite relaxed. So even though unpleasant at first, I do believe it works and would definitely apply it again if I have sore tense muscle pains.
