Over-supination with or without high arches is much less common than over-pronation. I’ve tried others - some thicker and more cushiony - but those are often too thick for dress shoes. These eliminated any fasciitis such that I ditched my clunky $100 podiatrist inserts! There 3/4 length is ideal for dress shoes (no squished ties). These eliminated any inky thing I would not recommend them for is running shoes… too hard and slippery.
