## Description

Product Description The stainless steel Hawkins t pan is ideal for making tea – up to 6 cups at a time. It is also ideal for making coffee and soup, for boiling milk and water, for cooking instant noodles and for re-heating food. The 4.7 mm thick sandwich bottom heats evenly, has no hotspots and stays flat. The external base of aisi 430 grade magnetic stainless steel makes the tpan induction compatible. It has a technologically advanced, specially designed ezee-pour spout for easy no-drip pouring. A strong, sturdy, stay-cool handle is firmly attached with two stainless steel rivets. The optional glass lid is made from toughened, 4 mm thick, heat-resistant glass with a strong stainless steel rim and a stay-cool knob. Glass lid stops splatter of hot liquids and you can see and judge the tea or other food as it is being prepared without lifting the lid. The total capacity of the t pan is 1.5 litre. However, the maximum fill level is marked on the inside of the t pan which gives a capacity of 1.1 litre (or about 4½ cups). It can be used on all domestic gas, electric, halogen, ceramic and induction cooktops. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top notch, perfect for my use.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Effective Pot but with Cleaning Hassles
*by R***Y on March 27, 2024*

The HAWKINS Stainless Steel Pot is a decent product overall, but it has a notable flaw. After heating milk, it tends to stick to the pot, making it difficult to clean. It requires extra effort to remove the stuck-on residue. However, in terms of cooking performance, heat distribution, and durability, the pot is excellent. If the cleaning issue were addressed, it would be a top-notch product.
