It was not TESTED for gluten however. The only way to guarantee gluten free is to actually test for it. Meaning legally I cannot put "gluten free" on the package based on assumption. If I tested each batch I could, but we do not sorry. Same thing with banned substances. I can assume this product does not contained banned substances. However I cannot put on the label because I did not test for them. **Q: What is the expire date of this product?** A: In accordance with the FDA CFR 111's for dietary supplements, we opt not to put expirations dates on our products. Instead we put date of manufacture. This gives you a more accurate idea of how old the product is instead supplements labeled with an expiration date. In addition the expiration date must be verified by a lab analysis, which if you called up any supplement company that DOES have an expiration date on their protein I was guess 99% do not have documentation to prove the expiration date because most of them are violating the 111's and just putting the expiration date without doing the testing. **Q: Can I make this into pudding?
