The ink is so smooth and it will flow smoothly. I really loved the pen so much that I bought it again but not from Amazon. The thing is that it is a bit costly in Amazon. If you buy it from a stationary store it is much cheaper. So I advice you to check your nearby stationary stores first and then buy from Amazon. The reason why I bought it is because the stores nearby are not selling that pen. The ink is quite dark.
