Review: Wasn't too sure but now I'm convinced - Okay, I never thought I'd be writing a review about "Adult Diapers" but here I am. I bought these as a trial test; I'm on water pills to help combat congestive heart issues and when taking them, I'm hitting the restroom a lot until it levels out, during business trips, this sucks! These are great! the absorbency is fantastic; I've worn them all day while driving and in and out of the car absolutely no leakage or moving/sliding around I did wear them under my normal tighty whiteys because they were a bit small (my fault ordering to small) that did hold them in place and was not bulky under dress pants, kept checking throughout the day for wet spots but had none not even from leakage around the sides. No one knows you're wear them unless you say something.

I have only a 34" waist which would make me eligible for a medium, but not only was the medium too tight, the large was also uncomfortably tight. I am pleased now to be wearing XL.

A: If you compare the maximum absorbancy underwear with a maximum absorbancy Guard, I looks like the underwear will hold Two to three times as much liquid. The underwear fit is much more likely to fit securely as well.
If all you have is a little incontinence, you might be satisfied with the guard but for me, I am willing to pay more for the superior absorbent underwear.

Arrived fast, over night! Husband is very satisfied with them, says they are comfortable and fit close enough to make him feel secure. Have a nice texture and make no noise. You can't tell he is wearing them. The texture is a soft paper feel with elastic threads that makes it mold to his shape. We will update when we determine absorb any and how leak proof they are.
