Under magnification, the carbon fiber hairs could easily be seen, contained in burnt plastic remnants and sitting in the ashes. I estimated about %5-10 carbon fiber volume to plastic. The fibers were short, maybe .010" long; aka the dangerous kind to inhale and irritating to the skin. The risk comes typically when the material is sanded, saw cut, etc. I don't know what carbon fiber powder is, but the carbon does not appear to have been added as long linear fibers or tows, but as a short milled fiber resulting in isotropic reinforcement. I've printed several parts using this filament, and they print extremely well, and have good strength and stiffness, and a sexy matte black finish. **Q: Is Carbon Fiber Polycarbonate printable on an ender 3 pro?** A: I've had great results on my Ender 3. 250c nozzle, 100c bed and lower the fan speed a bit for better layer adhesion. **Q: What is the density of this filament?** A: Hi, the density of our Carbon fiber PC is about 1.22-1.25g/cm³.
