What motivates me is that Doug was just working at IHOP and only had one thing in his mind and that was a dream. He has figured out a way to create generational wealth so everybody could obtain it, no matter what financial situation you are in. I would highly recommend this book to everybody trying to be financial free. We all work hard in life. Don't you think you deserve more in life rather then living pay check to paycheck? I showed this book to my grandpa who is 80 years old. He regrets not having a financial plan for himself. After he read the first chapter it was so powerful that i had to order another book myself.
