The material of this foam tape is neoprene. **Q: Is the 3/4" thick foam like a hard neoprene or does it squish? i need no squish for for a vibration gap.** A: It's exactly like the foam tape you buy at Home Depot. The foam is designed to compress to seal the door/window from cold leaks. **Q: How dense and springy is the foam? I need something that has good resistance to compression and will spring back to shape quickly when compressed.** A: This foam was very springy. It will pop back if compressed. But do not put it any place that you need to take it off off without major hassle. I put it around two patio doors and when I went to take it off? It took me an entire day with an adhesive remover and a scraper to get it all off. It was quite the chore. But yes.... Springy! ## Frequently Bought Together - DGSL Foam Insulation Tape, 1/2In x 1/4In x 33Ft Weather Stripping Door Seal Strip for Doors and Windows,Sliding Door,Sound Proof Soundproofing Door Seal,Weatherstrip,Air Conditioning Seal Strip - GroTheory 2 Pack Door Draft Stopper, Under Door Sweep for Exterior & Interior Doors, Weather Stripping Door Seal, Garage Window Blocker Noise Cold Air Insulation, Draft Guard White 2" W x 39" L --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/210072647-dgsl-foam-weather-stripping-1-2-x1-4-33ft-door](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/210072647-dgsl-foam-weather-stripping-1-2-x1-4-33ft-door) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
