## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the reservoir on top (where you pour the boiling water in) glass, or plastic?  i see conflicting answers (fyi, not the carafe., but over that).**
A: Plastic

**Q: What size grind is best? I grind my own beans with an electric burr grinder**
A: The finer the grind, the stronger the coffee.  But... if you grind it too fine, it will take too long to go through the filter and may overflow.   I set my grinder right on the middle setting and it does not overflow so that is what I recommend.  Also, very finely ground coffee can get bitter.

**Q: Does the water come in contact with plastic parts?**
A: Yes

**Q: How many milliliters of water does the top reservoir hold?**
A: I don't know because when I put it in the dishwasher it glass all cracked. I returned it.
