As it is for now i do believe this docking station was made by really skilled product designers. As a powered station it needs to connect to electricity so it has plugs converters for USA UK and Europe you can use it anywhere. In terms of connections to host laptop there is USB A and USB C connection there is issues with one on your laptop use another one... HDMI ports there is standard one and convertable one with 2 additional options.
