## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why such a long lead time(1-2 months)? Is it being delivered by horse?**
A: No

**Q: What is the difference between "eco caps design" and "standard design" apart from the price.  The images and specification appear identical.**
A: The pods are exactly the same shape and size but they are all one colour, pink. In terms of recycling though you have to drop them off at specific points as they are used as compost. If you compost at home that is fine but you cannot recycle them via your own bin collection.

**Q: Does machine come with 2 year guarantee**
A: Not sure - have had a couple of issues in the past and they have replaced them. Not sure of the guarantee time though.

**Q: Can we get chocolate pods for hot chocolate? just wanted to know how to make hot chocolate?**
A: This is a machine for use with Lavazza coffee pods. It does not make hot chocolate. 
You can use the milk frother to ADD to a hot chocolate drink.   I have no knowledge of chocolate pods.

It’s a good machine overall and I really like that it comes with a milk frother. I’ve made some very nice cappuccinos with it, and the coffee is always served hot, which is a big plus. The main downside for me is the leakage issue, particularly when the pod compartment becomes full. There isn’t a clear indicator to show when it needs emptying, so if you insert a new pod while it’s already full, it can get stuck. Removing the compartment underneath can be a bit of a tedious process and does sometimes cause a small leak. That said, once the compartment is removed, it’s straightforward to clean and easy to put back in place. I do think the mechanism could be better designed to avoid this issue altogether. Despite this, I’m overall satisfied with the machine, as it makes good coffee and the frother adds a lot of value.
