Metal Gear REX

I bought it for my boyfriend because Metal Gear Solid and model kit building are his favorite things. He said, and I quote, “There is nothing wrong with it, it is perfect.”

Not much to say. Excellent kit in every way. Could do with paint but not a necessity.

The media could not be loaded. This is a very good model. The directions are generally easy to follow, and the sprues are well organized. This model is very time consuming, and pretty medium in difficulty. Pay very close attention to the directions, one or two directions are a bit tricky. Good luck Boss!

I got this for my son for Christmas. The description could have been a little more clear that it’s a model and not a complete toy. He loved it anyway. It’s a pretty complicated model. I wouldn’t get it for a young child or someone unfamiliar with model building.

Small and not as high quality as you’d think for the price tag. A lot of the poly cap connections can completely snap off ball joints if you try to do any posing with it. Build it carefully and never touch it after, otherwise you’ll be repairing it with superglue and paper clips.
