Review: Works well and can be cut to size - I use this in conjunction with another reusable filter. I have a reusable filter where this is able to fit on top of the regular filter. It works great at removing dust and smell. It's thin enough that I can fit it into a reusable filter. But, sturdy enough that it helps in keeping the frame sturdy. There's been no issue with airflow, and I've had it for almost a year now. I wouldn't use this as the primary air filter. I would use this in conjunction with another air filter. Just cut it to size and stick it in the frame. Great for the money.
Review: Did the trick! - My wife has severe allergies. We have a merv13 filter, but some odors still get through. This carbon filter, although it was missing the gizmos to attach, eliminated, for now, the odor.

Microwave combined with oven fan was venting into my apartment kitchen. Got this to install near the exhaust. Seems to work though odors from food prep still linger
