Review: Very good fava beans and my family liked the sauce l made with the beans. - These are very good large fava beans! I soaked them overnight in cold water twice. The next day, l boiled them for 10 minutes then gave them an ice water bath. Thereafter, l squeezed the beans to pop off the skins. Following that, l sautéed garlic and onions in olive and sesame oils. I added the beans after boiling them for 45 minutes and draining them. I added chopped up tomatoes, tomato paste, herbs, salt and pepper. The bean sauce turned out great! My family liked it!

Generally good but each pack has a mix of good beans and old bad beans with hard skin. Some are too hard to cook them and have to be discarded
