A: The Smoked Turkey Legs are gluten-free and dairy-free.

**Q: Does it contain nitrite?**
A: Yes, the product contains Nitrite, but well below the USDA's allowable limit.

**Q: Are they shipped in ice?**
A: The product is shipped frozen in a Styrofoam ice chest with reusable freezer packs.  Depending upon the delivery schedule, the product may arrive slightly thawed, but still cool to place in your cooler or freezer.

**Q: What is the heat up instruction?**
A: We recommend wrapping each turkey leg in foil and warming in a 300 F oven until the internal temperature is 160 F.  This usually takes from 1.5 - 2 hours depending upon the oven and the starting temperature.  If you prefer the skin to be crunchy , remove the foil for the last 30 minutes.
