**Q: is this a dark soy sauce?**
A: No it is not. Dark soy sauce are meant for color. This is a type of light soy sauce on the sweeter side.

**Q: Can this be used to marinate meat for jerky??**
A: I don't see why not. It will have a slightly sweeter flavor profile after dehydrating I would think.

**Q: Perfect to use in jangjorim?**
A: It’s very salty. I combine it with soy sauce for soup.

**Q: Does anyone know the TN percentage for this?**
A: 1.7 I think. It’s in Korean, but that was the only percentage I noticed on the label. It’s the highest quality of the commercially available soy sauces though. It’s very good with an almost cocoa aroma.

This is our go to soy sauce. I am not much of a soy sauce lover but I have to be honest and say this is my favorite. We make alot of sushi/poke bowls in our house and we use this soy sauce cause we make our spicy tuna. Great for when I just want some rice, sliced tomatoes and kimchi. Doesn't seem as salty and have a hunt of sweetness. You will not be disappointed
