**Q: How can i ensure ego products purchased on amazon are covered by ego’s warranty?**
A: Ego warranty is JUNK, customer support is worthless, batteries failed in less than a year and half and even though they claim 3 year warranty they won't stand behind it even with receipt! After 8 or 9 phone calls, waiting any where’s from 25 to 55 minutes on hold each time, I was told there is no warranty because they are not an authorized dealer! Ego talks a good talk but I will never buy anything from them again and you should use caution buying from a company that doesn’t stand behind their product!!! I have a trimmer and a blower going to the landfill because I will never spend another penny on an ego product!

A: Hi there, good question. This kit comes with a BA2800T (G3) battery. Thank you for your question.

**Q: What are the decibels when used on turbo ?**
A: It's not as loud as a canister vacuum cleaner 
I know it's much quieter than gas powered

**Q: Does the charger know when to stop charging the battery?  Or will it keep charging if you leave the battery on it.**
A: It’s an automatic charger. Just plug the battery in and walk away. When it’s done it stops.
