How many more week should I continue to see some results if any?** A: If you're sore, that's a good sign. It means you're ripping/building muscle. However, just like regular training, it takes time to see results. I'd tone the dial down if I were you, do 2-5 sets of 10-15 reps at a low to medium amount of tension. I typically start seeing results in about 3-5 weeks. **Q: Have anybody been able to find a detail list of the different exercises you can do?** A: Are you joking? Its a big spring...and ya squeeze it. Exercise over. .....Do pushups....its Free and same if not better result **Q: Tiene guia de ejercicios** A: Si trae una pequeña guía para poder ajustar la gravedad que deseen espero les gusten por que es muy útil y práctico **Q: This is for arms and chest, no abs, even though other products just like it says abs. Is there a specific machine that does abs as well?** A: This equipment does not do anything for the abs for what ive experienced ## Frequently Bought Together - EAST MOUNT Twister Arm Exerciser - Adjustable 22-440lbs Hydraulic Power, Home Chest Expander, Shoulder Muscle Training Fitness Equipment, Arm Enhanced Exercise Strengthener. - FitBeast Grip Strengthener Forearm Strengthener Hand Grips Strengthener Kit - 5 Pack Adjustable Resistance - VINSGUIR Ab Roller Wheel, Abs & Core Workout Equipment for Home Gym with Knee Pad Accessories, Abdominal Wheel for Full-body Strength Training --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/204737656-east-mount-twister-arm-exerciser-adjustable-22-440lbs-hydraulic-power](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/204737656-east-mount-twister-arm-exerciser-adjustable-22-440lbs-hydraulic-power) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
