Came in nice pageging other than the usual desertcart stuff and it has a really nice feel to it. I've got a 16 in 2018 Macbook Pro and it fits in really nice and snug but not to the point where it would scratch. It has a very soft feeling on the inside and it's honestly worth every penny. Additionally, the front zipper/pocket goes large enough for it to hold a charger (I keep a wireless keyboard in it) It DOES come with the separate phone bag thingy that you see in the images and though I haven't used it yet due to my phone being in my pocket, it can be used to also store a nice mouse or a charger-sized item. All in all, it does what you need it to and with the addition of the side bag it does more!
