The other thing is that the pouch within the built in jock supporter leaves a lot to be desired. If you don't mind your family jewels smashed by a flat piece of material then great. I'm just the average guy but the pouch was not form fitting and seemed very flat and tight. I would be better off to cut up and sew in my own.
