A: it does come with 2 amplifiers. in each pack is tubing/lines .. 1 for each ear and 3 different sizes (i am assuming sm,md&lg) for the dome/earpiece

**Q: Do these come with extra tubes and different size ear buds? Thank you.**
A: One spare tube for the left ear and 2 spare buds of different sizes. They have the right ear one installed by default with a size M bud. The two spare buds are size S and L.

**Q: What is the gain factor, in db?**

Purchased for father after he was unhappy with expensive custom set. He states happy with this product as does not have the "echo chamber" effect of the other. Chose this product after recommendation from family friend who stated the same. Not perfect by any means but affordable and eliminates the echo effect for two different elder males.

Hmmm, let’s see: Should I get these hearing amplifiers that cost $150 per pair, or standard hearing aids that have SLIGHTLY better sound quality but are no more durable than these for $3000-$8000 per pair? Tough choice….

I've ordered thesescteucw cause I lost one and they come as pairs. Great headevicez sound is great one exception the ear plugs don't always stay in as I'd like. But they give you a pack either several ear ports not like the last ones I bought from another maker. They last but you have to reorder a new set due to they don't rep l ace parts. Otherwise I love these!
