I have found a butterflied leg, cut into small chunks is best if you have a crowd but can use lamb steaks/ chops also. Very difficult to obtain in general supermarkets so very grateful desertcart still supplies it. Please don’t ever stop desertcart!

Absolutely lovely, so easy to use, just marinade lamb in powder for a few hours before BBQing ! I have found a butterflied leg, cut into small chunks is best if you have a crowd but can use lamb steaks/ chops also. Very difficult to obtain in general supermarkets so very grateful Amazon still supplies it. Please don’t ever stop Amazon!
